I visited Acuity with my daughter to select her glasses. Jose was with a customer and acknowledged us and said he would be with us shortly. He was professional and very helpful. After helping my daughter, he asked me if I needed my glasses adjusted. I was grateful he took the time to help me. His customer service was excellent and he now has a new customer.
