Chris, the knowledgeable technician who helped me throughout my eye exam has been very easygoing and smooth experience for me. In addition, Gilmar the manager of the store was super friendly as well. He made my first time being there very comfortable and efficient. I definitely will make Acuity Optical in Arcadia my only go to — clean and professional!
For the procedure the wait times are horrible they make you be here 6 just to take hours to actually do what they need to do the intake person takes for ever to do the paperwork and she just a chit chat..after finally do the intake carmen is just blah blah blah.
Gilmar was extremely helpful and professional when there was a delay from the lab tech end. He consistently kept me updated and was very friendly. My eye exam was consistent with other good ones I have had.
