Horrible triaging system. Takes more than 10 mins to even ask for availability.
The EYEROLLS and audible annoyed “Ughh” from the front desk Carmen lady is very unnecessary. Your patients maybe not see well, but their relatives can! I get it that work is frustrating but this is not okay.
