Tuesday, March 11, 2025 around 3 PM - We were a "walk in" only to purchase frames. There is a decent selection of frames to choose from. The gentleman running that side was helpful and let us know we needed to "sign in" to be put in order for help. We weren't sure where to sign in so we approached the front desk and asked nicely how we could sign in to be helped for frames. It's 2:10pm on Wednesday March 5th. And ttwo female employees are arguing with each other loudly in an lobby full of people Extremely unprofessional.
Like that we know and trust the doctor. My mom has been his patient for 12 years. The waiting time to see him with an appointment is less then an hour now thank God. MY MOM REALKY LIKES HIM
