One of the worst experiences I’ve had in my life. Staff and Dr.Solano are very rude. I went for a stye that I’ve had for about 5 weeks now. When Dr.Solan walked in he was already rude and Agitated. I told him what’s going on and he implied doing warm compress everyday several times a day. My visit to Acuity was positive, but unfortunately that’s where it ended. I left there with a slip of paper with the eye exam report not knowing what any of it meant, did not see a doctor just the exam staff, I asked for a prescription for glasses and was told someone would call that following Monday never heard from them. Called the office and was on hold for 30:02 minute’s. Now I have to go somewhere else to get a prescription for glasses. Very, very unhappy with Acuity.

Google says they close at 5, please note they actually close at 4:30. But this is also incorrect because they like to close over 10 minutes before that as well. I’ve just needed to pick up contacts and have not been able to check their status (ordered over 3 weeks ago) because no one answers the phone. I should have plenty of time to stop in and pick up when arriving 10 minutes before close, yet they make this impossible by closing earlier than scheduled every day.
