I have since review been trying to get prescription filled, which Dr. Swartz wrote for me, but have yet to get prescription...5 days later.....Dr. office says they sent prescription order to Costco Pharmacy, Costco Pharmacy says they have not received as of 3-2-26. Dr. Samuel and staff take good care of my husband’s eyes. The improvements are seen in his eye tests and we are grateful. New eye glasses are coming soon.
Horrible experience making appointment with their call center it took 40 mins. I paid $80 fee for my contact lenses. It’s been a month, I called today and got transferred. No one notified the optical about my lenses. So I’ve been waiting a month and my contacts were never ordered. I called today and I was transferred to 5 different people about my contacts and gave my date of birth 5 times.
