Terrible continuity of care, feels like patient needs to fit into parts of their machine. People nice other than receptionist who can be snarky. Docs seem competent.
I have since review been trying to get prescription filled, which Dr. Swartz wrote for me, but have yet to get prescription...5 days later.....Dr. office says they sent prescription order to Costco Pharmacy, Costco Pharmacy says they have not received as of 3-2-26. As of this posting have not received prescription for eye drops. Patricia Santilli 3-3-26 8:45 a.m.
Dr. Samuel and staff take good care of my husband’s eyes. The improvements are seen in his eye tests and we are grateful. New eye glasses are coming soon.
