1-This 5 stars to doctor Sarjan Patel .he is from the best ll feel very trust and comfortable when he treat me . 2-some time we need to communicate with customer service at the location directly all time calls transfer to calling center which is overseas and take long time to wait in hold and they can not take action is better and very fast the calls goes direct to the location which I need . 3- when they calling the name in side the waiting room they call very loud that’s not good from the treatment room they calling name ?... read more

This place is so poorly run. Ive been waiting for my glasses for 3 months. They still have never called to tell mey glasses were ready. They take forever to help you when you are here. I should have gone to Stanton optical.
I think Acuity is great , very professional. My glasses were delayed and they put up with my annoying calls , always polite. I will continue going there.
