I love this practice. The office staff, doctor Konrad. I was referred to this office by my regular eye doctor my regular eye doctor is in the town I live in. I never went back I would rather travel the extra mileage to Newtown to see Dr Konrad.
This was our first time here, it was my daughter’s appointment. I’m a younger parent at 27 and my daughter is nine. It started off as a great experience until we met Dr. Konrad. Like I said, this was our first time here and she has never met my daughter before. Within the first five minutes of us meeting her, she asked my daughter if she liked school or if she thought it was boring and like any kid, my daughter responded with school being boring. I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Konrad. She is warm and her confidence in her work really assured me that I picked the right doctor. She was able to fix a botched procedure from another doctor, I am eternally grateful.
I have so many issues with this practice. The first issue is that I called for an eyeglass prescription and contact prescription. The receptionist failed to tell me they don’t even give contact prescriptions and they also failed to tell me they do not accept my insurance so I had to pay out of pocket for the visit and then go to another optometrist for my contacts. The doctor did not even check my eyes, it was her assistant and it turns out their prescription was completely wrong and I wasted money on eyeglasses. They also s... read more
