I have so many issues with this practice. The first issue is that I called for an eyeglass prescription and contact prescription. The receptionist failed to tell me they don’t even give contact prescriptions and they also failed to tell me they do not accept my insurance so I had to pay out of pocket for the visit and then go to another optometrist for my contacts. I have been seeing her for 16 years and had surgery as well . She is kind , listens , and makes sure you are heard and cared for . I am so grateful

Very nice, personable Dr. But. I have binocular diplopia. Unfortunately the prescription the Dr. adjusted for me did not work out once the lenses were made ; it was worse than my original prescription and I was seeing double all over the place. This is NOT a reflection on the practice..the Rx worked during my exam, but I have spazzy, unstable eye muscles and that is the crux of the problem. I went in to ask how much for a blepharoplasty & she said my insurance would cover it. I asked her if the procedure required cutting the corners of my eyes, and she said NO. That it was a simple procedure. I told her til the moment of the surgery that I do not want my eye shape changed, and she reassured me she wouldn't cut the corners of my eyes, just would remove the fat through my inner lower eyelid.
