Reviewing on behalf of my elderly mother. Dr. Konrad is good but the staff is problematic. My mother has hearing issues and the nurse literally pushed her around which bothered me a lot. My mother has trouble hearing and understanding Dr. Konrad, who speaks quickly and quietly, so I have to be there to "interpret". It's also really hard to get anyone to call you back with billing questions or when my mother had questions about an upcoming procedure.
Just had an appointment with Dr Konrad - she is just the type of doctor that anyone should would be so lucky to have. She is quick and efficient while being attentive and pleasant. She is a case study in how to conduct treat patients with care and straightforwardness. Would 100% recommend!
Dr. Konrad is one of the most caring, straightforward doctor I have ever met. She listens to your concerns and always recommends the proper treatment. Absolutely love her and would give her 10 stars if possible!
I love this practice. The office staff, doctor Konrad. I was referred to this office by my regular eye doctor my regular eye doctor is in the town I live in. I never went back I would rather travel the extra mileage to Newtown to see Dr Konrad.
