From the moment I walked in, I felt very welcome and attended to promptly. The staff were so welcoming, made it easy very transparent about insurance coverage and anything out of pocket. State of the art technology, very aesthetic office and Dr Laura was so kind and had such nice bedside manners. I have been a customer of Acuity Eye Care for over three years and have had nothing but a fantastic experience every time I come in. The facility is spotless, and the staff are always welcoming. Dr. Berzins is professional, kind, patient and very thorough. I never feel rushed or leave with unanswered questions. Joseph who helped me replace lenses in my frame was also top notch.
