THIS COMPANY DOES SHADY WORK AND WILL NEVER OWN UP TO ANY ERRORS OR MISTAKES !! BEWARE !! STAY FAR AWAY!! WOULD NOT BE CALLING THEM EVER AGAIN TO MY PROPERTIES!! VERY EXPENSIVE AND DANGEROUS !! They will get annoyed and angry if you ask them questions regarding the bills, not sure why, it is the customer right. My suggestion is that for any contractor should follow the simple guidelines; log in time in and time out, agree on overtime rates and check for any hidden costs. This should avoid any confusion and disagreements.
They have saved us tens of thousands of dollars several times by repairing old transformers at our apartments. We've called them several times and they are always responsive and efficient. They get power back to our residents as soon as possible.
