Started with a call to the salesman asking about the dual sided fireplace. I asked the salesman was it see through. He said no! Great! I want to order it. We rec it and get it unpacked to see it’s completely see through! I called the company and was told, oh! You need to order the privacy screen. So I order the privacy screen , I get a call today .
