Unsafe Workmanship, Extreme Mess, and Total Lack of Accountability ​I had the worst possible experience with AcuCert Brighton. What started on time quickly became a complete disaster and a serious safety hazard. ​Unprofessional Workmanship & Safety Hazard: The team left an incredible amount of debris (plastic caps, packaging, cable holders) scattered throughout the garage. Excellent from start to finish. I rarely leave reviews, but when service is outstanding, I gives me great pleasure to acknowledge good work. From my initial contact via Checkatrade where Ian responded within minutes and knew immediately what I was after and an appointment was made. AcuCert replaced light fittings, light switches, sockets and a bathroom extractor fan. Two electricians worked relentlessly for five hours, they had an extraordinary attention to detail. They regularly checked with me ensuring that the work they were doing was what I had requested. They throughly cleaned all the areas and even moved the furniture back. Excellent service. They replaced an ancient electrical box quickly and efficiently. Lovely fella called Jack came to do the work. Very professional. Completed the job and then gave me lots of valuable advice on what we needed to do to update the system and make it safer. This was not unsolicited. I had asked him what he advised and he was brilliant, giving lots of different options not pushing at all. Simply giving me what he felt was the best advice. AcuCert were great - we had a problem with our bathroom lights. They communicated clearly throughout, and did what we needed when we needed it at a reasonable price. Simple customer service as it should be. Thanks guys!
