Just had my first consult call with what I’m assuming is a receptionist at this clinic. From the start, she was very rude and short. I was shocked to say the least. Especially since they are selling someone a $7,000 treatment plan, I’d expect the customer service to be more professional. Any issues with your eyes, this is the doctor to see!! Not only is he the best, he is a kind soul with excellent bedside manner as well!! That is a big part of healing in my view. He will answer any questions you may have and is up on all the current research. Basically, he is THE BEST!! Highly recommend and wish I were closer to go for another course of treatment. Although people fly in from all over the world to get treated by Dr. Rosenfarb!!! Check him out!! He is truly an amazing doctor!!!
