I had a appointment booked through HotDoc, which was still showing as confirmed. When I arrived, I was told the clinic is no longer accepting new patients and that an email had supposedly been sent however, I received no email, SMS, or call informing me that my appointment was cancelled. I had a really positive experience at this clinic. The team were welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring from the moment I arrived. The doctors took the time to listen and explain everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable and well looked after. The whole process was smooth and efficient. It’s great to have such a high-quality service available, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others.
Extremely disappointed with the care provided. I have raised perimenopause symptoms like low energy and brain fog for two years, yet received no proper support—only vague advice like “improve gut health.” No relevant tests or investigations were ever done. I was also misled when told all doctors specialise in women’s health, which is clearly not the case.
