Terrible example of campus health care. Safe your time and go to a doctor off campus. Needed a prescription refill on a Monday and was told that they only do refills on Fridays. After explaining that I needed the medicine ASAP, I was basically told to go kick rocks and it would be refilled Friday. Now it’s Monday and I have yet to hear anything back from the clinic.
Went to the clinic just to get a simple test in the morning and they didn’t give me my results until 4 hours later. On top of that the doctor said they put in my prescription and said it would be ready at 5. I went to go pick it up and they have no records of any prescription at any location. Now the clinic is closed and I will not be able to get it until the next day. Very frustrating
All Wildcat Care knows how to do is give COVID tests. If you test negative, they'll tell you to take Tylenol and increase fluids without actually examining you. Don't waste your time. Just go to an urgent care. Definitely not the kind of care ACU students pay money for.
