Really awkward experience. Ana was the therapist that started my massage. She displayed a good personality and liked to make conversation, and her massage was not bad, but also not that strong (I asked for deep tissue). She started to use rollers which I didn't like and I asked her to change and use her hands more, and she used hot stones instead. She left the suite a couple of times. Saw Lucy today. She was excellent. My lower back had a lot of knots. I feel much better. Thank you so much.
Went to location and it states on door they are open daily 9am-8pm and they were closed lights off at 5:30 was unable to get my appointment and no call.
Went in and had a great mesaage. The mausse who worked on me...i swear she popped something back into place she is also extremely sweet and caring.
