I called upon Acumarket to help me with an acupuncture service trip to Malawi, Africa. I have been a customer for a number of years , there are often issues with shipping it is especially frustrating when something is needed urgently and expedited shipping fails to come on time. Website functionality is horrible. I would not bring it up , but on the many times I had to order by phone I brought it up and it was always brushed off. Now with the website update it is much worse.
Update! No reply to my email but a clearly AI generated response to my review. LOL do better! The owner, Jason, has clearly not lived up to his stated commitment to supporting acupuncturists. At one point, the company actively positioned itself as a champion for the acupuncture community (I’ve attached anti Dry Needling swag from a past conference that reflects that messaging), and now has a Dry Needle category on his website. Limited supply and slow + expensive shipping. Do not recommend for herbal medicines!
Very slow shipping and limited inventory! We ordered for a critical situation, paid for premium(1-3 day shipping) and it took over a week and still only received a fraction of what we needed. Very disappointing and customer service was of no help!
