Hello - I placed my order on Aug 11, it was not shipped until Aug 21 (already a long wait time), and now it says delivered and I never received it. When I called your customer service line, I had a terrible experience being told "well it says delivered so there's nothing we can do." Please advise. As a customer, I would NOT recommend this brand.
Decent selection of items and big advantage of fast shipping from Florida , but website functionality is horrible. Would not review it but brought it up several times to their attention and it's still extremely hard to order from.
Quick shipping, great needles, great products, great customer service. They also support the free clinics I offer to the community. Always appreciated!
