I genuinely hesitated to write this review because I selfishly want to protect my ability to get a table here. Acu Bistro Bar is, hands down, my favorite food in San Antonio. The execution from their wood-burning brick oven is unmatched. The stuffed dates are flawless—an absolute mandatory order every single visit. Visited ACU Bistro yesterday, I was very well impressed. The service was great and the food outstanding. Please try the Labne and the stuffed dates are a MUST. The only change I would suggest would be old fashioned menus instead of the mini Ipads. But that is just a personal preference. Highly recommended!!
A small place, but very nice and the food is great.
This is located in the Dominion area so it has to be good. I am glad that it exceeded my expectations. Our waitress was attentive and friendly. She gave us great recommendations and details of the dishes. We loved the cherry tomatoes appetizer, that sauce is delightful. We also had the bacon wrapped dated but the date over powered the cheeses inside. My friend ordered the whole branzino and I had the rack of lamb.
