The people and structure at Actualized Fitness make all the difference. Lots of information around nutrition and health with accountability and not being pushy. Our Transformation classes are fun and mix things up keeping different muscles activated while others get some recovery. At first the body fat measuring was intimidating, now I can’t wait to see the changes being measured. All age groups and abilities are accepted and very clean location. Thank you!
While getting up at 4:30 is not my thing, it’s the only way I know I’ll “git er done”. I’ve had a goal to drop the A1c to normal number, get and feel stronger, increase my metabolism and muscle mass. To feel better overall. I tell myself when my desire wanes that “it won’t happen unless I make it happen.” And the coaches encouragements and seeing others being consistent helps me to think “I can do this! Though not young thin and beautiful body- no matter just keep going”
