His wide range of knowledge in the available lenses, and frames was very helpful (and impressive!), and he took a great deal of time to make sure I was able to get the right frames, and much better lenses than what I had before. Just had a wonderful experience with Steve and the team at ActualEyes. Broke my glasses down the middle during a gardening project on a Sunday morning, called the office, and within 40 minutes, Steve had identified the issue, fixed the glasses expertly, and did so at no cost to me. Definitely recommend!
