I’ve been wearing glasses for almost 17 years, and the best experience I’ve had in pursuit of new frames and lenses was with Steve Brown. His wide range of knowledge in the available lenses, and frames was very helpful (and impressive!), and he took a great deal of time to make sure I was able to get the right frames, and much better lenses than what I had before. Just had a wonderful experience with Steve and the team at ActualEyes. Broke my glasses down the middle during a gardening project on a Sunday morning, called the office, and within 40 minutes, Steve had identified the issue, fixed the glasses expertly, and did so at no cost to me. Definitely recommend!
We had an amazing experience with Steve Brown at ActualEyes. The first time we came in was just to get my daughter’s glasses adjusted, and Steve was incredibly kind and welcoming. He chatted with my daughter, made her feel comfortable, and was just so patient and friendly the entire time, even with my baby.
