Was able to fix our carpet where the dog ripped up the transition by stretching it! So we didn't even need to do a patch! We highly recommend Actual Carpet for repairs or cleaning! Very skilled and knowledgeable about all things carpet.

Great costumer service and even better quality of work!! Our puppies got a hold of our semi new carpet. Totally dug down to the floor board and unravelled in a few spots in our bedroom! Actual carpet repair made it look NEW and the dog damage is 110% UNNOTICABLE!!!!!!
We had a slight accident which resulted in some carpet tearing. Due to my dog to be more precise. I was sent to Matt, of whom promptly got in touch with me that same day. Within 24 hours he was able to get here and fix the damage. He didn't rip me off and was very professional. My carpet looks fantastic now and he did it so very fast.
