I have many great compliments to share with you: -they were on time for appointments - they all knew me by name -the most important was their targeted therapy to restore & support my knee(trying to prevent a knee replacement) -I left with exercises that I will maintain to support my knee moving forward - the therapists & PTA’s were supportive throughout which allowed me to leave without limping anymore Thanks!!
I can highly recommend the ACTS team at the Broussard location. Their dedication to your healing was never in question. My assigned therapists, including the therapy techs, focused on my progress, healing, and ultimate success. All while sharing a friendly smile and very encouraging words. The work was hard, but they always listened to any concerns or questions. Without their help, I could not have walked out after double total knee replacement, and I am grateful.
Achieved relief from a persistent painful problem (after three years of an MD advising patience) in the first week of treatment. Received 90% relief on the first session due to the staff being able to identify the "trouble maker" in my back. The entire staff is very pleasant and the facility is clean and well equipped.
