I went here for 90 days a while ago, great staff, good environment, theres a good balance of free time and time spent on the self improvement work, etc. My main issue was my therapist, he was very obvious about his disdain for my age group and gender, in 90 days we had exactly one face-to-face which was both disappointing and a blessing, seeing as in the one discussion we had he pretty much said I should just accept everything is my fault and get over it. I am not giving this a 1 star because I am sure they help people... I tried REALLY hard to go to this place. I lost my job so I have no insurance, and I am very grateful that there are places like this. The first time I went to the ACTS detox in Tampa because I need help with my alcoholism. Because of my history with electrolytes and detox seizures they sent me to St. Joseph’s Hospital. By the time I was detoxed, ACTS Keystone Residence didn’t have room for me anymore.
