I had a great experience with ACTS. As it turned out, I needed a complete new system but they were fast to come assess and then to do the install. Troy, Chris, and Tyler were very respectful of my house and worked hard, so hot on the days they were in the attic. They took pictures so I could see what was going on up there, which I appreciated. ACTS Heating and Cooling have been wonderful for us. Anytime there is a problem they come as quickly as possible. Also, their maintenance membership plans are great. I highly recommend them. We bought a new system from them a number of years ago and they take care of everything anytime we need them.
This family was absolutely awesome. I called when my AC unit failed, they sent Jacob out arriving in less than 1 hour. He diagnosed the problem. I needed a complete new unit. The very next day John and Chris arrived with the new unit, removed the old installed the new in just over 4 hours including clean up! Amazing crew. Price was great, service was awesome! I highly recommend ACTS for all your heating and AC needs, I know they are my go-to company from here on out! Thank you ACTS Heating and Cooling!
ACTS has been a great company with which to work. Jacob installed our system and Troy came out on a routine maintenance call. He went above and beyond explaining in detail everything that goes into keeping our system top notch!
Had an issue the day after Christmas during the coldest days of the year, and Jacob was sent to our home within a couple of hours. He was quick to determine the problem and offer a solution. We ended up purchasing a brand new unit, but felt no pressure to do so. A week later, we have a new, much more efficient unit installed.
