I had a great experience with ACTS. As it turned out, I needed a complete new system but they were fast to come assess and then to do the install. Troy, Chris, and Tyler were very respectful of my house and worked hard, so hot on the days they were in the attic. They took pictures so I could see what was going on up there, which I appreciated. ACTS has been a great company with which to work. Jacob installed our system and Troy came out on a routine maintenance call. He went above and beyond explaining in detail everything that goes into keeping our system top notch!
Gary was professional, knowledgeable, and kind. He offered us a good price for services, and gave us some great tips we are using with our new hvac install.
Last summer, when it was time to replace our 2 HVAC systems, my husband and I interviewed 5 HVAC companies. ACTs stood out above the others due to their product, pricing and apparent knowledge during our conversation. We want to thank Corey and Mark for their responsiveness and hard work replacing our HVAC. We noticed on Easter Sunday that ours was not cooling and it was our first really warm day. We talked to ACTS on Monday and Corey came the same day. We had a bad experience with A+ Heating and Cooling so we were a bit wary of finding a trustworthy AC guy.
