We need to know if the warranties on your systems are transferable to new owners. You put the system in 3 years ago in the house we purchased this year and we have had nothing but problems with it. Every technician and every company that's been out here has said the same thing. That it's all put together incorrectly, the ductwork is a complete disaster, the TXV is having issues and everything is just malfunctioning and was just done very poorly! I had a great experience with ACTS. As it turned out, I needed a complete new system but they were fast to come assess and then to do the install. Troy, Chris, and Tyler were very respectful of my house and worked hard, so hot on the days they were in the attic. They took pictures so I could see what was going on up there, which I appreciated.
