Update: 01/03/25: The repair was worthless! The first cold snap and I drove my car and turned on the heaters- so loud I thought the car was broken! They're exceedingly weak at blowing hot air even turned up full blast. The steering wheel vibrates. I let the car run for twenty minutes and drove for an hour. Zero improvement. Taking it to mechanic #2 and never going back to Acts. God awful repair experience. It took them a week to get my car back to me, after saying they weren't busy, and they didn't communicate the need for extra time; I got radio silence unless I called them. They also said the repair was easier than expected, but we were still charged the quoted amount, which was confusing. Plus they got grime or grease all over my steering wheel cover and it ruined my gloves on the drive home. I'll probably have to throw out the cover as well.
