Total Waste. Makes an appointment, never shows up, never calls. Wasted my day.
Scammed us with fake repair on dishwasher. Took check from our house to the bank within 10 minutes. Will not return phone call. Said he replaced motor; reputable repairman says otherwise. This was not even the issue. Has same phone number, but used name "Appliance & Heating & Air" Would like to give zero stars
Scam artist. Do not use. Beware, he takes your money and runs!
Wish I could also give zero stars. Phillip is a joke. Doesn't return calls makes up dumb excuses. Been over a month and still no phone calls have been returned and we have no air. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
If you need a washer repaired do not use this company. We did and regret it. He ripped us of for close to $400. This will not be settled unless we receive a full refund in the mail in the next few days. If we don't, we will see him again in small claims court and you can read about our experience with this company on the editorial page of the newspaper.
