By far, one of the most rudest staff I have ever experienced. They treated my sister horribly during her stay there. Luckily she was discharged within 24 hours, but when I called to get information about the discharge, there was one particular staff member that was in charge of the discharge process that was extremely rude. I wish I got her name, but I definitely complained to her supervisor. It’s OK as long as you realize this is a detox center only. Do not expect anything more. The staff are rude and completely uncaring. You are just another useless addict they hope to get rid of asap. Their response to every complaint is to tell you to fill out a form which I won’t waste my time on. But if you need a safe place to detox, it’s not a bad option.
SHUT IT DOWN !! WAITED 6 HRS IN A HALLWAY BY MYSELF BEFORE I WAS INTAKE. THEN I WAS SO HEAVELY MEDICATED ON ANTI ANXIETY MEDS I HAD A SEIZURE. THAT GAVE THEM AN EXCUSE TO SAY MY BLOOD PRESSURE WAS TOO LOW FOR MY SUBOXONE, AND DENIED ME. THEE WHOLE REASON I WENT THERE. THEN THEY USE VITALS 4X A DAY, DONT REMEMBER TO CHARGE THEM, AND 20 PLUS PEOPLE USE 1 MACHINE. NO CLEANSER. THE NURSES HAVE NO IDEA BETWEEN 12 HRS AND 24 HRS. Great place very professional nicest people i ever dealt with .. Joshua, the director was very hatful and the Counselor helped me and went above and beyond honestly I would recommend this place for anyone that actually needs help
My name is Keia. I called the program may 13th 2025 at 12:52 PM the representative that answered the phone I greeted her with the good morning in good afternoon. How are you? She sat there and silent and just said OK. How may I help you which is very rude. I let her know what I was calling For and then she said let me transfer you to intake and didn’t even let me reply. She just transferred the call Which intake did not answer at all. This program seems very unprofessional. I wouldn’t go here for treatment or help .
