I had a 7 kw installed in the living room of an x trust home facing the wall guy said it would cool house down not even close hardly gets out the room Save your money and buy a brand name
Ever since owning my Actron A/C it had issues. Crappy installation by Kozco. Initial main board failed. Replacement main board failed and then third replacement failed so they done a shonky to complete the job by installing resisters behind control panels! I have never been able to close off the Master Bedroom so another $200- was wasted on a useless automatic damper. ESP is also just a CON and will cost you more money running it this way.
Bad service so far I had an aircon installed through my house build and I've had nothing in but trouble. They've come and replaced so many parts and readjusted the settings and yet you have the aircon heater on and it cooks You like a chicken. On the lowest setting Trying to get anything resolved from a manager is a pain Every time I call I get he will call you back which I don't get a call
Only purchased this over a year ago for heating and cooling and the aircon is good but heating won't heat, makes no sense only for a short amount time then just blows out fan. And then I turn it off to go back to heat and it just doesn't come on. Not happy at all. Don't care if not in warranty use can come out and fix it. Winter to got two young girls live upstairs also itget freezing 😔
Customer service what a joke. Looking at other reviews stating how bad your customer service is should should prompt you to sort it out! Called to sort out connection issue with the terrible mobile ap and just get rude muppets that have no clue! Would never use these people again.
