Worst customer service in ever. Disrespectful, unsympathetic and condescending. The guy even gave some fake name. Please avoid this brand till they get a new CS team
useless. I emailed them multiple times to get a quote and they failed to even get some one out. Now I have read the reviews I will be staying well clear. Get better at getting back to your customers!!
Terrible company and product to deal with. They have a problem with their units not working on frosty mornings/nights, and they continue to sell them, knowing that there is a fault. Their warranty service is the worst I have experienced with any product. This has been going on for 2 years and the 5 year warranty is worthless at this stage.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Actron Air. My ducted reverse cycle unit, installed in my newly built home just a year ago, failed in the middle of winter. Despite the urgency, the earliest available service appointment was 15 days away. In contrast, the previous brand I used in my last home consistently provided service within 3 business days.
