Moved into new house less than a week ago. Actron Air system has failed and unusable within 5 days. Coupled with minimal customer support that is entirely dealt with via email, and over a week to have a technician even look at the problem in the middle of winter I couldn't recommend this brand less. (Response to owner) My issue is not with whether it was or wasn't the first available appointment, it's that servicing timelines are too long. Happy with our Actron Advanced system. Spent a considerable amount of time before deciding on a system. Fits down the narrow side of the house due to the vertical discharge. The Neo controller is nicely made and not a cheap chinese tablet running an Android app like other third party options / no need for spill zones. The zone sensors look and feel premium.
