A lack of care for customer service. I've politely emailed 5+ times over the last few months asking a simple question regarding a suspected fault with my Actron Aircons. There is over $30,000 worth of aircons in my home and yet the service team have brushed off my emails, even sending me the number of a local aircon repair to work it out myself. They want nothing to do with you after install obviously. Shame on you Actron.
Very disappointing company. This is the third failure of this system in the 4 years it has been installed. 2 of these failures have been soft starters, that have since been replaced with an upgraded model due to the known faultiness of the product. On the most recent failure, we could expect a 17 day wait for an "assessment" of the failure, in the hottest period of the year. This was unacceptable. Stay away from this brand if you can. My experience? not the best equipment and worst after sales support. Actron-air Heating/Cooling ducted unit S/N 789614 came along with our new built house in early 2023. Within the first year the internal unit stopped working and required the fan/circuit board to be replaced. It took more than 21days without heating/cooling to fix it. Now the external unit is faulty. Worst customer service in ever. Disrespectful, unsympathetic and condescending. The guy even gave some fake name. Please avoid this brand till they get a new CS team
