I genuinely cannot say enough good things about Acton Vet Clinic and, in particular, Dr. Nancy. Over the years, they have cared for both our dog, Krypto, and our cat, Luna, and the level of compassion, patience, and attention we’ve received has been exceptional. Over a long weekend, our dog wasn’t feeling well. The clinic told us exactly what to watch for and to bring in a sample. Even though they were closing at 2, they called us by4 and made sure she got on the right meds. Fast, clear, and caring. So grateful for their dedication.
Our 17 lb dog needed a CCL repair, and we’re so glad we chose this company for his surgery. The staff were wonderful from start to finish. They explained everything clearly, walked us through all of the costs associated with the procedure, and made sure we understood what to expect. The doctor recommended an Extracapsular Repair (Lateral Suture) for our dog, whereas other clinics we consulted were recommending a TPLO (Tibial Plateau Leveling Osteotomy), which is more commonly recommended for larger dogs.
