We’ve been bringing our animals to this clinic for many years, and they’ve always provided exceptional care. Recently, we had to make the incredibly difficult decision to say goodbye to our beloved dog, and the team supported us through it with so much compassion and kindness. Dr. Hess and staff were amazing with my Amara. I couldn’t recommend them enough! They took great care of her from the time I dropped her off, through surgery and overnight care. Thank you so much!!
I am devastated by my experience with this clinic. I brought my cat in to be spayed, expecting a routine and safe procedure. Tragically, my cat passed away after the surgery because for some reason that has not been determined to us yet she did not recover from the anesthesia. What has made this even harder is the lack of clear communication and compassion shown afterward. As a pet owner, you place complete trust in a clinic to care for your animal.
