Dr Loken is the best!! ZeZe HATES vets. But Dr Loken has this calming but firm voice. We love Acton Veterinary Clinic!!
My dad found a poor baby bunny with a broken back and he took it in there asking if they could just put it down instead of leaving it to die outside... and they charged him $110! Absolutely ridiculous. I myself work at a vet clinic and there’s such a thing called compassion. I understand things cost money but they took COMPLETE advantage of my dad. Will never go back there.
Dr. Loken and his team are indeed wonderful in caring for our hounds. 15 years ago we opened Daphneyland here in Acton, and this vet has been a part of our team since day #1.
I have been seeing Dr. S. Hess for over 30 years. All my furbabies have been going to him. He and his staff are very kind and helpful with all my animals needs, they go the extra mile and never rush an examination they check everything. I give this Clinic two thumbs up. Great bunch of true animal lovers.
