I thought I would give it another try as maybe the first time with the PA (Mary) was just a bad experience. Should have gone with my instinct. I walked out she was that bad. Will not return and suggest ypu call before you go to ensure she is not on shift. Was rude and condesending. Does not listen which is frustrating when you have to repeat your symptoms over and over and over again. Saw a mom leave with her baby as I was walking in. It is an unfortunate business practice that they require patients to come in again just for a refill. I had recovered from the flu and then had a lingering cough. They initially were able to see me, which was an efficient process. The PA wrote me a script for a cough medicine but it was only good for about 3 days and she did not put any refills on it. When I called to ask for a refill that said they needed me to come in again so they could reevaluate me and that they wouldn’t authorize the refill unless I did so. I could und... read more
The PA who took care of me was very kind, and very well spoken. She communicated well, made me feel at ease, and solved my ear trouble like a true professional.
The wait was quick the help is wonderful I'm so glad urgent care is in acton!!
