A professional and friendly office.. They're always available if you have any questions and take the time to explain. I have never spent over 10 minutes in the waiting room. I would highly recommend this dental office.
I highly recommend Acton Smile Hub! Dr. Tufa is a knowledgeable, attentive dentist who listens and takes good care of her patients. The crew on staff are all awesome and attentive as well. They are helpful, professional and they seem to enjoy what they do.
This group uses new technology to diagnose and treat patients. Unfortunately, it’s extremely unaffordable for typical people. My insurance plan is quite decent but Smile Hub is so expensive that insurance coverage is minimal. Hence, there’s a huge out-of-pocket payments making insurance coverage negligible. I recently made the big step of going to full dentures. Scary decision because once you do it you can’t go back. I’m am so pleased with how the process is going so far. Lots of support and extremely happy with my temporary dentures and smile. I can’t wait to see the end result in a few months once I’m all healed and have my permanent ones.
I first went to Acton Smile Hub to get a second opinion regarding a tooth extraction my dentist told me had to be done as it could not be saved. Dr Tufa and staff went to work and saved the tooth and after three months I still have no problems with it. Results like that can only come from a highly knowledgeable staff and the outcome was a very positive experience.
