I’m only sorry we’re just now switching. Action was recommended by multiple neighbors. Ethan and Michael came out for our first inspection today- they were so helpful, and walked me through everything. We had an issue that they were able to identify immediately and it was a quick fix. They were both so polite and not in a rush. I was so impressed with the level of service. I think they may service our whole street now, lol. 10/10 recommend. Thank you!
They came out - found the problem quickly (ANTS) and fixed it ALL on the same service call - VERY quick, efficient, and friendly!
Just moved into my new house. This company came to “fix” the pump pipe for a second time (first time was before we moved in). I called them since the prior owners were under contract with this company for maintenance already. They came out, “repaired” the pipe and it’s NOT repaired. They don’t answer their phones or call back timely at all when there are emergencies even though their voicemail pretends like they’re going to. DEFINITELY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Worst experience ever.
Nothing ruins your day quite like a septic alarm screaming at full volume. Thankfully, Teddy with Action Septic came to the rescue the very same day. After a little detective work (and a battle against an army of fire ants), he discovered the ants had chewed through the float wiring, preventing our system from working properly. Call these folks first! They promptly repaired a float switch problem, and even corrected a wiring mistake left by the original installer. Charge was very reasonable, less than I expected. Acton is the only service I will call in the future.
