Just moved into my new house. This company came to “fix” the pump pipe for a second time (first time was before we moved in). I called them since the prior owners were under contract with this company for maintenance already. They came out, “repaired” the pipe and it’s NOT repaired. They don’t answer their phones or call back timely at all when there are emergencies even though their voicemail pretends like they’re going to. DEFINITELY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Worst experience ever.
Nothing ruins your day quite like a septic alarm screaming at full volume. Thankfully, Teddy with Action Septic came to the rescue the very same day. After a little detective work (and a battle against an army of fire ants), he discovered the ants had chewed through the float wiring, preventing our system from working properly. Call these folks first! They promptly repaired a float switch problem, and even corrected a wiring mistake left by the original installer. Charge was very reasonable, less than I expected. Acton is the only service I will call in the future.
We've used Acton's services for 5 years now and have not hand a single issue with them. From the owner to all of the employees that we've dealt with, they have all been professional and very helpful when we've had questions or issues with our septic system. I would not hesitate to recommend Acton Septic to anyone.
Awesome...awesome...awesome. I recently purchased a new home with an aerobic septic system. I called Acton Septic and they came out quickly to check out the system (as required by Texas law) and explain to me what I got myself into! Thirty minutes later, I gained a complete understanding of the system, how it functions, and what I need to do to keep the system running properly.
