I started using this company and have had nothing but good experiences and they have a knowledgeable and friendly staff
Amateur company with bad customer service. They have repaired my aeration septic lines using inferior materials for repairs in the same 2 ft section of pipe. This will again become brittle and crack as the ground moves and ensuring them future business. When I asked if they would fix it with something like pex or something flexible and suitable for underground use to stop it from cracking they said "we don't do that here". We switched to Acton Septic last year, and we now wish we'd signed up with them years ago. The people are professional, friendly, and always on the ball. A special thanks to Ethan who always makes things easy for us with quick, quality service. Sorry for the bad pun, but you guys are a breath of fresh air.
