One of the best storage locations in the area. I stored my stuff for 3 years and there was no damage or an issue. All communications were promptly discussed email, and Brian went out of his way to help me during move-out. I highly recommend this place.

The absolute best place for storage in the Concord/Acton area. The units are well maintained and Brian and his team go the distance to deliver outstanding customer service. I’ve used all the big chains - Public Storage, etc. Acton Personal Storage is hands down the absolute best! Would recommend to anyone.
Great experience here! Process to secure the unit and move stuff in was very easy and convenient, and Brian was very kind, responsive, and amenable to my requests. Would definitely recommend!
