I found the provider to be lovely at the first visit, however once the contract was signed, the care was very disappointing. They were quite condescending to my daughter and if we ever called for anything it was an annoyance to them. Honestly I couldn't wait to be done with this place. For my younger daughter obviously we saught care elsewhere and are very happy with this choice. Maybe good care to adults, but the doctor had no patience with adolescents and I would NOT recommend. I am nearing the completion of my orthodontic treatment for braces as a younger patient of Dr. Santoro. I feel it must be stressed just how fluidly and easy everything has gone as a result of Dr. Santoro's amazing work. From the beginning, the environment has been very friendly, welcoming, and professional. Both of my kids are current patients of Dr. Santoro- one for a palate expander and one for braces. Extremely happy with the care and guidance they are getting- Dr. Santoro has great communication skills with explaining the process to both kids and adults and is very knowledgeable and kind. Kim at the front desk coordinates everything wonderfully, and is so friendly and nice to deal with. I don't have orthodontic insurance and the office worked with me to come up with a manageable payment plan, which I really appreciated. Hig... read more
