They will do additional services with no confirming/communication to the customer when the customers asked for 1 thing to be done and just get you to pay and act like nothing was wrong. Every other shop has clear communication on the customers vehicle.
Went to Acton Motors last summer bc apparently my mechanic moved there - not sure if that’s the case bc he wasn’t there when I brought my car in although I specifically asked for him. Anyhow, they didn’t know I was coming in even though I made the appointment. They seemed to blame that on me. Things happen so I was ok with it but then they didn’t prioritize my car getting in even though it was their mistake. Receptionist was rude and I had to wait over 2 hours for an oil change. Purchased my daughter a CERTIFIED car for her birthday. The radio didn't work (which they discounted the price $500 on pickup, cost me $500 to get it replaced). The aftermarket sunroof leaked (had asked about its condition and was told based off what they knew/saw it was not leaking). When I contacted them about this I was very rudely told it had nothing to do with the car safety (which is true) but frustrating as it was specifically asked about (cost $200 to remedy).
