Love the Drs at Acton Medical. Usually wait Time right away. Very friendly. I love the staff there. Very friendly.
Had a doctor at this clinic look at my ears after severe throbbing pain in my right ear and a fever with extreme fatigue. I was sure I had an ear infection. This doctor rushed me, talked over me, offered me little explanation about what was going on and after taking a look at my ears said I was completely fine but probably had a fever due to something viral. I have been a patient at Acton Medical for over 10 years now, and I typically have had good experiences. Recently, I tried to schedule an appointment for a test based on some lab results. The decision making and delay in responding to the results and the need for test led to further complications. The communication was poor and delayed and there seemed little interest in resolving the need for the test.
