Horrible, rude staff. I need to see Dr. Fady more often, but I can't get through on the phone and speak to a competent assistant so I just live with it. I changed doctors for this? If you are considering changing doctors, don't. Even if your current doctor's name is Jekyll, stay there.
Messages are not passed on, prescriptions are not renewed in a timely manner. Doctor treats it as a part time job only showing up twice a week. Staff are impossible to reach.

This doctor's office is excellent. I moved to Acton a year ago, and my sons and I had no difficulty finding a family doctor. We see Dr. Fady and he is wonderful; approachable, friendly, and thorough. The reception staff is professional, accommodating and informative. Sandy is wonderful. The pharmacy is in the waiting room, and Raj the pharmacist is excellent. I couldn't ask for more.
