Do not go here if you’re looking for a family doctor. Terrible service and turn around time.
Question... how can a Dr's office be sooooo hard to get ahold of. Every single time that you try? Dr's office is said to have opened at 9am, it's 10 am and they haven't turned their phones on at either of their locations. Just goes straight to voice-mail or "this number is temporarily unavailable" That being said I enjoy my Dr and find him very thorough (when you can reach him) but the awful front desk staff at these locations have made me start looking for new family Dr's in the area, because this is just ridiculous.
Dr Mary Rose is a treasure. Dr Rose worked through a very difficult situation with my wife, was always accommodating and open to any concerns and suggestions. She went far and beyond on everything. Truly, she cares immensely for patients - more than I've seen any other doctor do so in Canada.
I really hate giving bad reviews but I am extremely annoyed. A few weeks ago I had a bad fall coaching hockey. I thought the pain in my knee and shoulder would go away so I did not go to emerg. On Monday I decided to book an appointment with my Dr so that I can get an ultrasound. I was given an appointment for today and arrived prior to the time. I would give a 0 if it was an option. I will say at first this Dr was refreshing until the 5 or 6th visit. I dont want to get into detail just to say I have never been treated so BADLY by a dr. I would rather be without a dr than be treated the way I was. It has taken me a long time to post this, but it needs to be said. I miss all the wonderful dr"s we used to have in this town.
