terrible experience front desk ladies are rude and terrible communicators.
Great Doctors, horrible office staff (front desk). You can never get through on the phone to make an appointment. Often, details are taken down incorrectly. Many times there has been no one at the front desk when you show up. The pharmacy and blood work on-site is very convenient.
I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Mary Rose. She has been an incredible support throughout my health journey, consistently going above and beyond to ensure I feel heard and understood and given right care and healing path. The office staff is equally wonderful, always professional, kind, and helpful with scheduling. It is rare to find a doctor and a team that stay so dedicated to your long-term well-being. I feel incredibly lucky to have them in my corner.
Dr. Mary is the best Doctor I have ever had. She is patient and kind. Takes time to listen to any concerns I may have. I never feel rushed. Love her. Does not push me to take medications. I tell her I will think about it and she tells me to give a message to the receptionist and if I decide to take it she sends it to my pharmacy. Best Doctor ever . Thank you for being the Doctor you are.
Dr. Mary Rose and her staff are excellent. We have been going there for three years plus. No problem booking appts even on short notice. Have recommended this clinic to others who have been looking for a family doctor.
