An independent mechanic verified Acton Ford did a good job handling the recall on my 2017 Fusion. I appreciate that they did not try to upsell any additional services. They even offered to give me a ride to and from work while they were working on the car!
Great experience with the service department. Knowledgeable, helpful, and accommodating. Work was done exactly as described, car was complete when promised, and pricing was reasonable.
I went in for an oil change++ and complaints of rough shifting. Not only did they FAIL to diagnose the MUD that was in my transfer case and low/burnt smelling transmission fluid... they charged me $3000 for the pleasure. The shop i took it to that fixed the problem, and do some actual WORK using PARTS charged $600. Scumbags.

Acton Ford has provided excellent service to me over the years. I purchased my last two cars from them and have had my cars serviced there. The service team is the best.
