The office smelled horrible, when i got there for my appointment the therapist and her assistant were sitting in the car and told us we could go in the office and wait for them. 5 minutes later the assistant comes in and doesn’t introduce herself, doesn’t even give her name just hands me and my mom paperwork and says to fill it out. I never talked to the therapist because she never came out of her car. She told my mom that she does therapy out of her car and asked her if she could get in the passenger seat?!?!?!? This office is unprofessional and nasty. There are dog pee pass everywhere that look like they are not changed. They refuse to give patients their own records. Just all around unprofessional. I will be reporting them to multiple source due to these issues.
