Her ability to understand what potential purchasers want allows her to tailor the marketing for each individual. She also keeps an extensive list of purchasers ready for when a property comes to market.
A disappointing process while trying to purchase a property Cecily will talk but never listen, near on impossible to deal with as she starts believing her own sales BS She was condescending & wouldn’t take our cash offer After contacting the owners of Belle we dealt with Mandi who processed our offer & within 24hrs was accepted My advice to Belle is to stop telling us how busy/good you are and start listening to your clients
