Mandy assisted us with the sale of our investment property. She worked hard and in less than ideal conditions with our tenant still in place negotiated viewing times with the tenant and buyers and achieved a result we were happy with. Her communication throughout the process was great.
Attempted to have a conversation with Louise who was incredibly rude, abrupt & kept cutting me off. Absolutely disgusting service & extremely disappointing given the reason for the nature of call. Thank you for making my day that little bit harder than it already was. A little compassion & kindness goes a long way!
