Have rented a couple of properties over the last 5 years with this agent, never had a poor experience, all my dealings with them have been courteous and efficient. The other day there was an issue with the electricity to the unit, I called the agents after hours emergency number and Shane picked up the phone, he came out to the unit within 30 minutes and sorted out the issue.
