Fantastic service. Highly recommend.
Acton Autowerks is fantastic! They really stand behind their work and totally get how particular enthusiasts can be. Kyle did a fantastic job with my alignment over a couple of visits. And unlike other shops, he didn't question my hypersensitivity about my Clubman's on-center feel. Plus, their waiting area has a cool collection of vintage/rare cars to check out while you wait.
I dont know if there are words that can describe this place. I had my clutch literally explode and had the car towed to this place. I have a 2013 Mini Cooper and saw they work on Euro cars. Olek and his wife also the whole team of techs were AMAZING. They too the car in as a emergency helped me fixed it and get it back on the road. Also I drove the car home and the next day there was another issue my front suspension. I towed it back they yet again fixed it. I dont know how to thank the whole team at this place. Transparent about all repairs. They were able to work with my extended care package i purchased with my care in order as well, which i was not antiicpating. Past service department or shops i've used have made any repair or routine services a process. Not here - to the point, no BS, and get you back on the road. They also detailed my car upon my request and it came out amazing.
Where do I begin with the level of honesty, commitment and integrity with the folks at Autowerks in Acton. From Kyle, to Susan and Olek, they have all been so wonderful! I first brought a 2011 Mercedes C300 in for a tune up… I hadn’t been consistent with the maintenance so there was a LOT to be done. Kyle and Olek worked ever so hard with helping me get the most optimal work done but not nearly as costly.
