I had an excellent experience having a major repair done on my 2017 Discovery. The team there that I dealt with (Olek, Kyle and Susan) were fair, honest and professional and made everything clear and understandable. I experienced a secondary issue following the repair and they again went above and beyond getting the vehicle back int the shop immediately and were more than fair in solving and correcting it
Susan and Olek at Acton Auto Werks are the best! They have been helping maintain my Land Rover(LR) over the past year and a half. This place is a breath of fresh air! They are transparent and communicative. Olek and team have replaced all brakes and updated fluid transmission on my LR. They stand behind their work and charged WAY less than what various LR dealers quoted. I tell all my friends with european cars to go see Susan & Olek!

These guys are so honest, communicative, and fair. Explain any suggestions and/or suggestions clearly and let you make your own best decision. They also were flexible in having me schedule in an awesome detail when i left my car there for new tires and a small repair. They will change the way you think about car shopping and servicing.
