Fair, honest, friendly and answered all my questions about the service for my Porsche.
The customer service, level of care and quality of work here is outstanding. I cannot recommend Acton Autowerks highly enough. By way of background, the Audi dealership had quoted me $21k to replace the transmission on my 2019 A8. I brought my car here for a second opinion and am so grateful that I did. I had Acton do a PPI plus several specific diagnostics I wanted to know about a car I was looking to purchase and was very well taken care of. From the start of quoting and through the process, Susan made everything clear and was patient with my questions.
