After a miscommunication in the beginning (probably my fault) everything went great. Nice people, great prices, great communication all around. They worked on my M4cs (new charge pipes hot and cold side, front splitter, equal-length mid-pipe). No complaints on my end.
I had my 2014 Q5 TDI serviced here recently for a new rear wheel bearing, rear brake pads+rotors, and 4 new tires. Olek, Susan, and Kyle are great - very transparent, easy to communicate with, and straight forward. Work was done correctly and the car drives like a dream again. Would highly recommend and expect to see these guys again in the future!
The team at Acton Autowerks is always super responsive and helpful. Their service is better and more affordable than the dealerships. They rebuilt my rear differential for a fraction of the price quoted by the dealership and I've been going to them for all routine service ever since. Highly recommend!
Fantastic service. Highly recommend.
