They were absolutely amazing I made a 2 hour drive to look a a car they had they made it painless and gave me a great deal. I drove home in my new one not long after. Car was perfect and they even filled it up. Can't recommend them enough
Be careful! I purchased a car with many issues and it was hard to get them fix it before I even start driving it. And the last service the manager drove my car many many miles without my authorization of x miles and I noticed a damage on the leather inside the car like an animal bites and scratches and he didn’t want to take responsability. I don’t have a dog!!! But I have seen one in there. Bad customer service! Horrible experience..
Last Friday I wanted a little car therapy and popped into the dealership. Olek greeted me upon entry and let me look at all of his inventory. This is not a trustworthy shop. I recently purchased a 2014 M5 and I paid Acton Autowerks $175 to diagnose any faults in the vehicle. I was told that the vehicle would be thoroughly diagnosed and scanned, and I requested videos and a write up of any issues. I received a phone call from a mechanic telling me the car was super nice and had no issues. He told me it was a no brainer. I previously gave a five-star review but unfortunately have to change it to one-star. Within the Massachusetts Used Car Lemon Law Warranty period, it was revealed that the vehicle I purchased had a faulty fuel injector. I had not one but two mechanics confirm the fault. Acton Auto Boutique attempted to strong-arm me into shipping the vehicle from Colorado back to Massachusetts for another inspection and refused to authorize and pay for the repair.
