Josh has been coaching me for about six weeks now ,and I've already noticed an increase in my strength.But for me most importantly he is teaching me how to switch on the right muscles so I can lift weights with better technique. I love Josh's style of coaching.He explains things very well and is laser focused on our technique.He also has a great sense of humor so there is always alot of laughing going on while we learn. Perfect combination. I highly recommend Josh.We are Soo lucky to have him here in our wee town
ACTN3 such an awesome gym, I live in Hamilton and still try to get up to Auckland now and then to get a workout in at this gym, such a friendly welcoming atmosphere, the equipment and facilities are great for both advanced intermediate and beginners 5 stars.
Fantastic gym with awesome staff, training and classes. Josh lives and breathes his ethos. Highly recommended!
