On the screen it says "Please have your medicaid card ready" however the lady in the commercial says things like "You can receive your incontinence supplies at no cost if you're medicaid eligible" and "You can get a free sample if you're medicaid eligible" Medicaid eligible does not mean that a person is on medicaid or that they have a medicaid card. TRIED TO GET ADULT DIAPERS FOR MY MOM WHO LIVES IN FLORIDA ACTIVSTYLE ONLY ACCOMMODATE CHILDREN FROM THE AGES OF 4-20 NO ADULTS ON MEDICARE, AND MEDICAID WHO ARE INCONTINENT. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT ON TV COMMERCIALS. BOGUS COMPANY UNBELIEVABLE
They are quick unloading and they go by appointment only , you can check 2 hour early not one day
They are very messy with documents. Show no concern for patients/ customers. I do not recommend.
