I purchased a cpap mask from them that was defective. When I brought it back after two days of trying to make it work ,I decided to exchange it for a properly working one. When I ask the girl about an exchange, she informed me they have no refunds or returns. I told her I only wanted to exchange it for a properly working one to which she replied we can't.
