The people at the office who take blood, give shots, etc. seem to be very good professionals. A little lack of privacy when you are giving blood. It's done in a hallway where people pass.
I have been in three separate trials over the past six years and I can honestly say when I have an appointment here, it is like visiting family. All the staff and both doctors I have had have been extraordinarily kind, caring, and professional. Over the years, I have been given blankets, bottles of water, coffee--even a take-out lunch of my choosing when I've had to be there for a few hours!
