My husband was diagnosed with a neurological condition, similar to ALS which is PSP (Progressive Supranuclear Palsy). This eventually affected his core muscles which left him unable to use the bathroom to void every hour or two. Customer service is top rate. There was an issue with my original order (out of stock). I received an email immediately explaining the issue. I was immediately refunded my money. They also assisted me with selecting an alternate product. They were very helpful and patient with me. I ended up ordering and comparable product and I was sent the product already setup for me. I was also compensated for the inconvenience.
