Rude lady at the front desk we came to just inquire about the prices and the process instead she was dismissive and just tried to make us go away
Big kudos to the security guards, lost and found services. My daughter lost her skis and poles, and reported to one of the security guards. They were able to locate them the next day! The process was smooth, easy and straightforward. Greatly appreciated! Folks, make sure you lock up your skis, not simply due to thefts, but also due to mindless folks who mistakenly take your belongings.
Purchases 3 all day activities pass weeks in advance because we don't sky and didn't want to run the risk of it being sold out. Tried to use it and most activities that are advertised were already closed for the season or due to light snow. Used it twice in the morning on the limited net course because it mostly closed. When we tried trieded using at the plunge pool the attended said we were 5 minutes too late because they close in an hour. Great experience! Get the training package if you are a newbie! I went without it a couple years back and didn't have the same fun as i did this time! Thank you to our instructor PETER! The best! Taught us all we needed to know and gave us the confidence to get down those learner hills.. after our session was done we had the condifence to go up the lifts this time to a bigger hill! Well worth every penny
Did not give us all the items we purchased. Give us after we ask it afterwhile.
