I was eventually able to locate the company (Google Street View as of August 2016 is wrong and is 5 years old - the actual view has changed). This is my experience: Active-temps is located in an underused segment of a multi-office building (1980s era facilities - dark wood panels, worn carpet, dirty walls). The entryway to their building once hosted a general receptionist in the front lobby, but that area is totally empty and under heavy deconstruction, with signs directing you to Active-Temps.
