Activerealestate are by far the best real estate I have ever come across, and I have experienced many. They are efficient, proactive and Cynda and her team are absolute wonderful. Always helpful and friendly and whenever I required any repairs done, they always treated it like a priority. Impressive real estate agency!, whatever formula they use, works a charm! Active Realestate is the most punctual and professional agents I have had the pleasure of renting through. They have made my tenancy nothing but a breeze and I regret not renting with them sooner! The whole team is kind and willing to help both on the phone and over emails, which is sadly a rarity with a lot of property managers nowadays. Extremely disappointing experience with this real estate agency. I was a staff member here once, and I can honestly say the business is very poorly run. There’s a major lack of training and communication between Colin the owner and staff, which leads to a lot of confusion, mistakes, and disorganisation within the office.
