As tenants we had a great experience with this real estate. They were respectful with inspections and organised for our aircon to get serviced immediately when we saw it was dirty. With other real estates when viewing properties, we were just one of 30 viewing the property, but with Active Real Estate they asked us when we were available to view the property. Felt like they saw us as people.
