Extremely disappointing experience with this real estate agency. I was a staff member here once, and I can honestly say the business is very poorly run. There’s a major lack of training and communication between Colin the owner and staff, which leads to a lot of confusion, mistakes, and disorganisation within the office. I rented through Active Real Estate in 2020 and recently requested a reference to support my new lease. Despite multiple polite follow-ups, there’s been no response. It’s disappointing, especially since I was a reliable tenant. I’m happy to update or remove this review if the team resolves this promptly and provides the reference I’ve been waiting for.
